This was an overnight stop before flying from Glasgow Airport (2 hours drive). A a single traveller it was ideal; the room was comfortable and large enough for my needs. The bathroom was large and spotlessly clean. For a Monday evening the pub was very busy with a lot of people eating but the bar was cosy with a lively atmosphere. The bar menu was extensive and there was plenty of choice. Breakfast was excellent and I would stay here again any time I was in the Northern lakes area.
Everything was ideal. No cause for complaints of any nature.

Easy to find. Welcoming arrival. Clean and appealing room. Good menu. Delicious food.
The room was a bit cool - could have done with being a bit warmer. Also, the room was quite small, not leaving much space for organising clothes etc

The lady working in the evening couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Kitchen staff great. Food great.
View over some gardens, cot wasn't assembled despite calling to confirm, put at the far end of the hallway in a small room. Overpriced for what it is.
