Communicated mostly through Whats app and it worked very well. All questions were responded to immediately. It was an excellent location between both the old and new parts of the city. Bergamo is a beautiful place and well worth a visit. Perfect for a city break.

it was a spacious and very comfortable apartment, and also had a large shower/toilet room and very good amenities. We appreciated the complementary bottle of water as well. The garage wasn't far away and easy to access. The café at the corner had great coffee too.
Due to the cobble-stone street, the cars made a lot of noise, and it was a busy thoroughfare so we were awake early. We had closed the shutters which helped a little. It was quite a long walk up to the Citte Alta, we thought we were more central but it was a nice walk coming home after dinner.

The property itself was nice, it was modern and had all amenities.
I did not l Iike that we were in the off site apartment, we arrived late and had to walk down the road through a bar with people smoking with a toddler and a baby. The apartment did not have a lift so we were taking the stroller down the flight of stairs multiple times a day. The apartment was right next to the bar. It was super loud, and woke the kids up. The apartment was very dusty.
