Very kind and helpful personnel (we had to leave early in the morning to catch the plane so they helped us check out early). Rooms are tidy and nice. Location is great, close to all the touristy places.
The taxi the hotel arranged for us at 4AM in the morning did not show up. After calling the taxi around 5 times we learned that he overslept. Very chaotic and stressful, but this is not something that we can blame the hotel for as they did kindly arrange the taxi for us and it was for the company to blame :)

Nice location and absolutely no parking available nearby. Room was comfy and small.
Room was tiny and the shower leaked out onto the floor. The woman who worked the breakfast time also did housekeeping and when we went to breakfast the second morning she asked for the room number and we provided it. Immediately she went to the front desk lady and threw a fit about our room and the shower, which we cleaned up the water.
The woman did not realize we understood what she was having a fit about. Dissapointing for something we cannot control.
