The room had all the basics needs and was clean. The shower was really nice. It was quite central to all the sights.
The room was somewhat small and the two separate beds was actually an additional fold out bed next to the double bed. The fold out bed was impossible to sleep in...it was like a hammock and hury my back.. So we did end up sharing the small double bed (queen size i think).
Staff was nice but 1 boy was very timid and young. He smiled but didn't really know how tp communicate in hospitality. I hope he receives the right training for this.
1 night we had the fire alarm go off for no reason and another night construction workers decide to work on the road at 1am.... Pretty crazy that this can just happen. Not the hotel's fault but maybe because the neighborhood is very busy?
Window view was also a construction site and trash...this can be fixed.

We stayed in the penthouse and the views were incredible 👌 I would say right in the centre of everything if you are looking for a trip to see the sights! But to top it all Joseph one of the staff members was absolutely brilliant and was a really nice touch to see him smiling every day when we were popping in and out of the hotel 😁 top job Joseph we will see you next year ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
Nothing really, on a steep hill but that’s just Istanbul

The location of this property was fantastic
I felt like the pictures sold a dream and maybe that was my own fault but we went for 3 standard rooms and they were tiny. The room I was personal I had problems with the shower doors and the toilet seem to always stink.
