During our trip to Central Europe, which lasted more than 50 days, this was, without a doubt, the best place we stayed at during our entire journey!
Our host and the owner, Jitka, was absolutely incredible. She made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay special. And the breakfasts? Simply amazing! They were delicious, generous, and different every morning during our three-night stay. Jitka even baked us an apple strudel and delivered breakfast right to our room. The strudel was, without exaggeration, the best I have ever tasted!
The pension itself is beautiful and exceptionally clean. In fact, the cleanliness was so impressive that it could serve as the gold standard for accommodation everywhere. Everything was taken care of with such attention and care.
The location is perfect, right in the Old Town, yet wonderfully quiet. The pension is right beside a beautiful park and just a few steps from the river. It is an ideal place to relax while being within easy reach of everything Český Krumlov has to offer.
And what a town! Český Krumlov is absolutely spectacular. It is even more beautiful in real life than it looks on television or in photographs. Walking through its streets feels like stepping back in time or finding yourself inside a postcard. We also loved that it wasn't overwhelmed by huge crowds of tourists during our visit.
Honestly, we were so happy there that we didn't want to leave! Jitka spoiled us so much that there is a real danger that no other hotel will ever measure up. After staying at her pension, we may have to accept that our standards for accommodation have been permanently raised! And if you are lucky enough to stay here, you might find yourself wanting to stay forever.
Jitka, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your extraordinary hospitality, your delicious breakfasts, your wonderful apple strudel, for the cake, and all the care you put into making your guests feel special.

A történelmi városrész közepén van, a ház műemléki jellegű homlokzattal rendelkezik (Il Gesu motívumos barokk). A szoba tökéletes volt minden szempontból. A tulajdonos, Jitka mindenre gondol, a legteljesebb kényelemről gondoskodik. Az ágy kényelmes, az ágynemű tökéletesen tiszta és minőségi anyagú. A fürdő mindennel felszerelt, a zuhany kényelmes méretű és orvosi szobához hasonlóan tiszta. Októberben is tudtunk már fűteni, remekül pihentünk. A reggeli egy csodásan felszerelt zsúrkocsin érkezett, és igazi lakoma volt. Változatosan, minden nap. Még külön fedett garázsunk is volt, az autó a belvárosban tudott parkolni.
Nem volt ilyen.

Beautiful building with lots nice artistic touches, formerly an art gallery. Very comfortable room and ensuite with good storage space. Excellent location in the old town, great and varied breakfast and lovely and helpful host.

Täglich liebevoll zubereitetes, wechselndes und reichhaltiges Frühstück mit Servierwagen auf dem Zimmer. Jitka Kalkusova und ihr Ehemann waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Parken war trotz eingeschränkter Bedingungen an der Altstadt in der Nähe der Pension gesichert.
