by far the worst experience I ever had
The location was amazing
Due to my work, the last 14 years I have stayed in various hotels and apartments in several cities all over the world. There were excellent places, good and bad but my staying at your place, is by far the worst experience I ever had.
Reception: The reception was very rude. He was talking to me in German, I was telling him that I do not speak German and I do not understand him and he was laughing on me, in front of me. Is this how you welcome your non-German speaker guests ???
Swimming pool: this was the main reason why we booked this place, so the kids can play as much as they want and so they do not have to go outside after the pool and get sick. However, the Swimmingpool was in another building, which means that we had to go outside to go to the pool and we were allowed to use it only for 30 mins.
kids bed was in the corridor, and it was cold because cold wind was coming into the apartment under the front door. Therefore, the kids could not sleep there. The sofa in the living room, we could not sit there because it was itching. I only sat there once and my back did not stop itching afterward. the kids and my wife also could not sit because their backs were also itching afterwards. we had to buy a sheet, to spread it on the sofa so that our children can sit.
When we arrived, we had to pay for the trash bag. We were 5 people, staying at the apartment for 5 days and you gave us only 3 tablets for the washing machine and there was no soap to wash the dishes by hand.. in the end, we had to buy more tablets and washing soap.
So at the end, we paid more for your apartment rather than we would have paid to a hostel with better service, had to buy ourselves the breakfast we had to buy several things for the apartment, we had to clean the apartment, we had to tolerate the rude receptionist and all this for the swimming pool that we did not use (we took the kids to the public one where they could play as long as they wanted).
