It was my fifth or sixth stay at the hotel. It is exceptional - staff, facilities - everything. Of course the best thing is the breakfast - the gourmet option of a cook making sunny side ups or omelet upon custom request just next to your table is a great idea!
When I arrived, the boss/manager was shouting in the backroom at some receptionist. It's a poor management practice and made very bad impression. The receptionists are kind and professional. Anyone could make a mistake but nobody deserves humiliation at work. So, I guess the manager needs some psychological supervision or HR lessons how to control his emotions when there are costumers around and in general. The staff are not slaves.

Very clean and room was very quiet despite the wedding party happening in one of the restaurants
I have a scent sensitivity and the cleaning supplies they use are strong scented . Even with window open the smell stayed

Location is great, very close to center. Breakfast was very good, you could get freshly made on the spot eggs, pancakes and omelette, as well as all other warm and cold options you expect. The room was very nice. Soundproofing was good and we didn’t hear the restaurant or other noise. Staff was very polite and friendly.

Definitely the best place to stay in Sliven area. High quality accommodation. Clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Staff was helpful, but need to smile more.
They need to invest in better kitchen chef. Food is not to the standard of the rest.
Check before you book if any wedding is booked as well, because too much noise until midnight.
