La struttura si trova vicino a plaça Espanya e ha due fermata metro vicine sulle linee principali che portano al centro. L’appartamento è ben attrezzato e pulito. Essendo due coppie di amici è stato molto bello avere il bagno all’interno della propria camera
La camera al piano zero è lato strada quindi la sera c’è un po’ di rumore, nulla di impossibile da gestire! Per chi ha il sonno leggero potrebbe essere un problema.

Great location, really great for large groups and families.
Cute apartment with excellent facilities, just what you need for a city break.
Only thing we didn't enjoy was the noise levels from the street and apartments above. Other than that everything was great!

Conveniently located just walking distance around local restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping establishments. Close to Hostafrancs Metro Station. Property is easily accessible with either phone or by punching codes on keypad, rooftop access is a plus with tables and chairs. Host is responsive for any questions or concerns and was able to make the property available as promised.
There are a total of four rooms and two bathrooms. I would recommend adding locks to each individual room for privacy. The host requires all trash to be emptied at the end of stay, which may be an inconvenience to some folks. The trash bags can be thrown out to one of the bins on the street. Otherwise, cleaning fee may be charged.

Location
The second air conditioner did not work and we all had to sleep with the bedroom doors open for ventilation on the first night. Also there is no space in the bathrooms to put your toiletries for a group of 7 people and the bathroom sliding doors were dirty on the edges and should be replaced.
