Good location next to subway, bus stops and restaurants. Walkable to the station. Good well equipped kitchen.
The place is getting tired. Cracked toilet seats, holes in the ceiling. Broken front door lock. It's noticeably busy with dorm guests. The main drawbacks for our private double were needing to go down a set of stairs to use the toilet, and no air-conditioning in the room. It is also noisy in the room.

Close to the subway.
Guests can not use the bathroom and kitchen every day between 11am and 2pm.
There is a smoking room by the entrance.
You have to rent towels at ¥300 per day.
Upon check in your bed is not made. Your bed has sheets but you must put them on yourself.
Late mornings and early afternoons there is some rough looking guy talking loudly, walking and bossing around guests in broken English.
