The location was great and we had a room which could see Mount Fuji. There was free onsen and the rooms were very spacious and big.
Everything was a little outdated but we were ok with it as we'd prefer space, convenience, price over something modern anyways

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is a little dated, and you can see the signs of age, but the room was spacious, which is quite rare in Japan. We really loved the location, with the lake nearby and a beautiful view of Mount Fuji from our room. The hotel’s bicycle rental service was also a great bonus, and we really enjoyed taking advantage of it to explore the area.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and particularly appreciated the friendly staff, spacious room, and excellent location.
In our room for four people, there were two single beds and two futon mattresses. The beds were quite firm, so they may not be to everyone’s taste. The onsen also definitely needs some renovation and better maintenance, as it felt rather neglected.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. And there were both options with Western style beds and traditional Japanese futon beds. The onsen was quite large and tattoo-friendly. There was a coffee machine on the first floor where you can get a hot coffee at any time. There is a shuttle from the Kawaguchiko station which is quite convenient.

The hotel is located right on Lake Kawaguchiko, and I had a great view of Mount Fuji from my room! There is also a van transfer to/from Kawaguchiko Station during specified times.
The hotel needs some major renovation and proper cleaning. The beds weren’t comfortable, and I didn’t feel as if the bathroom was thoroughly cleaned.
While some staff were very welcoming and friendly, others were quite cold.
