Room was very comfortable and spacious. Nitish was a very friendly warm welcome on arrival.

Waited 30 mins for ice to be delivered to the room.

The pool and the nature feel with the animals were a nice touch matched with the amazing hospitality. The manager Neeven was very solution-oriented and helpful and the housekeeper Kamini was great, she was so friendly and made us feel very comfortable.

The food at Merkado and Edgewater were underwhelming and not to our expectations at all.
