Great location; near the river, plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops & some attractions, e.g old stock exchange. Good facilities, comfortable seating area, dining table, good sized bathroom. Owner easy to contact and responsive.
The bedrooms are at the front and there was some noise from the street.

Easy communication with host Barbara, who was very kind, waited for my arrival, let me in, and explained all the facilities. It's one of the best-equipped studios I have stayed in, with a compact but functional kitchen, all the kitchenware needed for 4 guests, and appliances, a lovely sunny balcony for a morning coffee, (I appreciated the Nespresso machine and capsules) a comfortable bathroom, tasteful design and a very central location. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in town again.
It was somehow confusing to receive two different messages from the hotel, one saying that I can choose which card I will use for the security deposit upon arrival, then a second one when I noticed that it was charged on the card I used for the room fee, despite I intended to use a different card only for the deposit. Anyhow, it was freed on the same day I checked out.

The location was excellent
The bed was so hard and pillows were terrible.
.You might get a couple minutes of hot water but it was really just warm or luke warm most of the time
