Great location, comfortable and very clean. Large outside terrace. Helpful and responsive staff support who assisted with early check-in too. Plenty of room for 4 people despite only 1 bedroom.
Nothing I didn’t like. Only comment is that it’s not very homely. Large bookcase with nothing on it for example. A selection of 2nd hand books and board games would make all the difference - particularly if bad weather prevents guests from going out.

The apartment is spacious and well situated for walking to the old part of town and the Turia park.
No blanket or comforter provided for the bed. The floor of the shower is dangerously slippery.

Location of the flat is very good for old town and walk around the city. Space is very generous. Its definitely enough for 4 ppl to stay even though there were only 2 of us.
Only 1 bottle of washing in shower. Its ok for men. But girls will need to bring your shampoo and conditioner. The bedroom side of the flat is more noisy than the lounge side.

Positive aspects
- Excellent central location, allowing you to explore the city on foot.
- The flat has all the basic essentials.
- Easy to find, with clear visibility from the street.
- Very good communication with the host, who was always responsive and punctual.
- Check in was a little complicated but manageable.
Negative aspects
- The sofa bed was uncomfortable.
- The towels provided were very small, with only one face towel and one small intimate towel per person.
- The €200 deposit linked to noise complaints was a major downside. We were staying with two 7 year old children and felt anxious whenever they raised their voices or ran around, making it difficult to relax. For this reason, I would not recommend this flat to families with young children.
- The checkout requirements were also disappointing. We had to wash the dishes, leave the kitchen exactly as we had found it, and take out the rubbish, without clear instructions on where to dispose of it. Otherwise, €50 could be deducted from the deposit. These conditions felt unnecessarily strict, especially considering the additional cleaning responsibilities expected from guests.
