The shower was great, the location was okay and the breakfast was good value. There was a very comfortable leisure room in the basement beside the dining room that provided relief from the tiny room.
Beds on the floor. Tiny bathroom, no seats in the room, hardly any storage or hanging space. Also there was an uneven floor immediately on entering, and the bathroom door had a huge lip to negotiate going in and out which was frankly a tripping hazard, especially for older guests.

Good location.
By far the dirtiest hotel we've had in Japan. We did really not expect it when booking, so was quite disappointed.
