DO NOT BOOK
Nothing
Firstly when arriving at the property there were so many steps and realised the property was so old and musky so we called the office to ask if they could change the property they said come back to the office so they could do something. When we got back there they didn’t want to do anything , told us we new about the steps and we’re telling us their clients would lose money and if we cancel we wouldn’t get our money back even though booking.com said we could. My husband pointed out to them we can cancel and they could only charge one days use but they were insistent we couldn’t . Anyway we decided to stick with it as they were not helpful at all. Once in the property no mosquito nets, cheap disgusting furniture, old crockery and they said it was cleaned , well what a lie and a for sale sign on the property. Swimming pool was nice but when in the level of chlorine was so high all of our eyes we burning and swollen and had a rash on our face. We beared with it for two weeks as we had no choice. Even the agent said they would definitely call on the Monday after speaking to their manager for a different property and that didn’t happen. Also when first picking up the keys the employee kept saying it’s their worst property on Their books, she was not joking it really was . Also was told to recycle and all days were different or take the rubbish in the car to the bigger bins in town. Finally they give you a check list to clean up so they have less work to do. Do yourself a favour and never book this property or book with interhome. I am sure interhome will come back with a excuse but save yourself the trouble your a disgusting holiday company with no morals. Finally they want you to drive all the way back to the office to drop of the keys , I was leaving early and text them I would put the keys in their letterbox to which they did not reply. After I left they called me late afternoon asking where the keys were. From her annoyed voice they seemed so put out. Well don’t care
