Un appartement superbement placé

La terrasse, l’emplacement et la vue sur la mer

L’intérieur un peu vieillot mais vite oublié quand on est sur la terrasse

Apparemment insalubre

La seule chose positive dans ce logement c’est sa terrasse, la vue et son emplacement par rapport à cette petite plage à 2’ à pied c’est indiscutable. Mais prévoir 25’ à pied pour le port et 20’ à pied pour le centre historique mais ça on le savait.

Appartement insalubre. Nous avons été obligé de faire un signalement à booking car c’est limite de louer ça. La literie est inacceptable. C’est sale, ça sentait mauvais en arrivant, les murs sont sales, cafetière inutilisable tellement sale. La bouilloire est immonde dans le fond de rouille et tartre à jeter direct. Nous avons préféré dormir dans le canapé lit plutôt que la chambre parentale qui dispose d’un lit de 140 avec un matelas mousse de 10cm d’épais et un terrible mal de dos au matin. Vu qu’il n’y a pas la climatisation (nous le savions) nous avons été obligé d’ouvrir un peu et nous avons comptabilisé plus de 25 piqûres de moustiques dans le dos vu que c’est infesté de moustiques. On a eu la visite d’un chat la nuit qui fait les poubelles et le pire c’est qu’un rat est aussi venu sur la terrasse et a failli rentrer dans l’appartement. Nous avons supporté ça pendant 6 jours et nous nous sommes parti 24h plus tôt. Nous avons communiqué avec l’agence interhome mais restés sans réponse ! Incroyable mais vrai. Nous aurions aimé quelques explications. Nous ne demandons aucune indemnisation ou quoique ce soit.de ce fait , nous publions notre avis en toute objectivité accompagné des photos correspondantes à cet avis. En gros trouvez mieux c’est facile il y a pléthore d’offres sur Llanca . Nous voyageons énormément et c’est la 1ere fois que nous voyons un logement comme cela…une honte!nous ajoutons que. Nous n’avons pas pu ouvrir le volet manuel de notre chambre car la sangle ne s’enroule plus. Le pire c’est interhome informe ses clients sur la notice d’accueil que la prise en charge de réparation sur les volets sera à la charge client en cas de blocage etc🤣 ce qui est plutôt comique vu que le matériel date des années 70 et que tout est pêté autour. Les clients ne peuvent être tenu responsables de la vétusté ou du manque d’entretien de ces marchands de sommeil.

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt!

Die Lage war wunderschön und das Appartment sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet. Es war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Der Ort Llanca ist sehr schön und hat viel zu bieten.

La ubicación privilegiada, la tranquilidad del lugar. El apartamento en general está muy bien.

Algunos aspectos de la limpieza. Alguna cosa con falta de mantenimiento diferente a la limpieza. Hay que tener en cuenta el acceso, la puerta de entrada al edificio está a media altura de unas escaleras.
