The staff were lovely with a very attentive manager.
We had the resort to ourselves so felt like VIPs.
The food was great. The breakfast was good but limited. Probably because we were the only guests.
It’s a beautiful spot with a gorgeous large well maintained pool. We also enjoyed a massage at the spa. A wonderful place to relax and hang out amongst the stunning gardens or restaurant deck in the evening.
Maybe set up a personalized local tour.

Beautiful setting on the river and incredible garden’s beautifully maintained. I loved the variety of flowers and the winding footpath
They were badly understaffed. Sometimes the food took 1 hour to arrive. The Mekong river tour was overpriced and not worth 800k per head. The bed was not comfortable and the babybed sheet was badly fitting.

Our room had a view on one of the streams of the Mekong river.
If you stay here, book the river view room! Not the lake view.
The only staff that spoke English did everything he could to help us.
Could have been a great resort, but the managment is failing on it.
Staff doesn't know what to do, doesn't speak a word of English.
Everything is a bit neglected and out-dated.
