Great location, facilities in the room are great, able to extend check-in&out at will, room appeared mostly clean. Simple procedures.
Although clean I found many black hairs in the room, I’m fair & bald. You need to pay for many facilities when in the room.

Service was great. People so friendly . Cleaning staff as well.
Room was a bit small - but that is to be expected! It was still very comfy overall.

Many places to eat near the location, walk across the road to metro station and tully's coffee or mcdonald's. Taxi to Shinjuku train/bus 5-10min.
Only 2 water bottles and the initial amenities in the room on the check-in day were given during entire duration of stay. Only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers available.
