JOHN, HASSAN AND THE FEMALE ARE TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES
Nothing
Every morning at 9:00AM, the receptionist and the female employee enter the bedroom and start talking as if I am not there and sleeping. Every morning they wake me up because they have no respect for me as a guest. They have their coffee, laugh, chat, and watch movies in youtube in the bedroom.
This is unacceptable behavior. The owner must be stricter with his employees, because the receptionist and the female employee are not serious. I pay 11 USD per night which is not the cheapest hostel in Istanbul, yet I am not able to have peace and quiet. Even after I get out of the shower, I can not comfortably get dressed because this female employee is sitting on one of the beds and watching a movie on her phone.
It is easy to see that the employees have no responsibilities in their personal lives because they are not capable of practicing self-control and professionalism in their professional lives.
*** They are at work. They should be working and not in a paying customer's bedroom. They arrive at work at 9AM and they often leave at 9PM. Thus is not normal when they don't even work when they are at the hostel.
Jus because I chose a shared bedroom does not mean that I want to be distracted with the constant voices of the employees...
Why are these two employees taking a rest and conversation break 3 minutes after they arrive at work? This does not make any sense to me. Also, why are they not working and always in the bedroom? This also does not make sense to me. This hostel does not have many guests, yet there are three people who can do the job of one person.
One day the owner came to his hostel unannounced, and they female turned off the movie that she was watching immediately. This allowed me to know, they she is awake of what she is doing, and did not care about disturbing me but did care about the owner discovering this. *** In the past, I have asked the employees to go out of the cramped bedroom when they want to talk, but they do it everyday.

3) - Aucune communication n'était possible avec la personne présente, excepté en turc;
- Elle n'a pas répondu à notre demande de nous apporter du papier hygiénique et il a fallu descendre et remonter 5 étages pour en avoir;
- Elle n'est montée (à pied) qu'en ronchonnant pour constater que l'eau chaude était juste tiède (après l'avoir laissée couler plusieurs minutes);
- Le WIFI ne fonctionnait pas du tout alors que nous en avons absolument besoin;
- Il n’y avait pas de télécommande pour la climatisation (il faisait chaud, car cet appartement est sous un toit mal isolé) ;
