Great place with nice view from the restaurant
and with safe place in case

Really nice hotel in a great location. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the whole hotel smells lovely. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming.
The main reason we chose this hotel, and what was especially important to us, is that they have a shelter on the -1 floor with folding beds. It made us feel much safer and more comfortable during our stay.

Cityhotel in Kyiv is a fantastic and highly secure place to stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, stylish, spacious, quiet. The location is perfect on central Bohdana Khmel'nyts'koho Street, near the Ukrainian National Opera House, restaurants, and cafes. The staff is remarkably friendly and helpful. Most importantly, it is one of the safest places to stay in Kyiv, featuring a fully equipped private air raid shelter.

Location, Cleaning
Size of the room to small, size of the bed too small. Overall the hotel is old, restaurant also old, gym without fresh air.
But the worst thing is the staff of the hotel. Communication with hotel staff not helping. Asked to change the room, but got no help from them. Stayed there for a week.
