Worst service I experienced
Nothing
The receptionist is unfriendly & rude. The service was very unprofessional & the worst service I experienced.
Here are the unprofessional service:
1. When he attended to us, his tone and attitude were extremely rude and completely failed to meet even the basic standards of customer service.
2. We had consulted the accommodation in advance and were told that the accommodation fee could be paid by Visa card. However, when we arrived, we were told that the card machine was broken and that we could only pay by cash or e-wallet.
3. When we were making the payment via e-wallet, the receptionist kept impatiently rushing us to complete the payment as soon as possible.
4. When filling in the check-in form, the receptionist gave us a form that had already been filled out. After we pointed this out, he told me to fill in the details of both guests on a single form.
5. The hotel’s terms and conditions clearly stated that the rooms would be cleaned and serviced at scheduled times every day. However, on one occasion, when we returned from going out, we found that the rubbish in the bin had not been removed at all.
6. When we booked the hotel, the website stated that the room was for four people, yet only two bottles of mineral water were provided. When we subsequently requested additional bottles from the front desk, our request was refused. This was extremely stingy and disappointing.
7. The phone number provided on the website was also incorrect.
8. On another day, when we returned from going out and tried to enter our room, we discovered that the key card no longer worked, forcing us to go back to the front desk to have it reactivated.
9. At check-out, the front desk was supposed to refund our RMB 100 key-card deposit. However, they failed to take into consideration that foreign guests are not able to receive money via WeChat Pay. When we asked if the deposit can be refunded through Alipay, he refused. In the end, they reluctantly refunded the deposit to us in cash.
