The location was perfect. Very close to public transport pick up and drop off. The staff was very friendly and took care of any request we had.
I liked everything about the property. The only thing I would say was a dislike was the walk from the hotel where you check in to the apartment with all our luggage. I should have planned transportation better for after check in and getting to the apartment.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful with everything we asked for. The apartment’s location is also great, central, and convenient.
The apartment was located below ground level, and the water pump was inside the bedroom. Every 20 minutes, there was a loud noise from the water pump, including throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep.
The cleaner only changed the bed sheets and towels but did not clean the apartment beyond that.

The location
I felt cheated because I wished an apartment with the canal view, that was the main reason why I had chosen them. But when I chose the not refundable option, they unilaterally reserved the basement flat which was a large dark studio where the sleeping area and the living area were separated by a curtain. You entered through a low French door where you had to remember to duck; in fact, I banged my head almost every day on the way in. The only real plus was that the apartment was cool- which, given the heat, was the only saving grace. In any case, the flat wasn't worth the price they charged and bore no resemblance to the photis posted on the website.
