Location was perfect.
I was disappointed to find a dirty towel with a hair on it in my hotel room. When I reported it to reception, instead of apologising and replacing it, the receptionist tried to convince me that it was a foot towel, even though the foot towels were separate.
The receptionist’s defensive attitude and lack of willingness to help were disappointing, especially in a hotel that otherwise appeared well-presented and was in such a good location.
