宿泊階が１４階でとても絶景で素晴らしく感動でした、また部屋からの日の出は格別でした。屋上からの360度の景色がまた何ともこれまた絶景でした素晴らしい～。近くに茶臼岳のロープウェイや美術館やフラワーセンターとか道の駅も近くにあり食べるところも沢山あり時間が足りない位でしたね。バイキングも品数が豊富で良かったです～。フロントや働いてる方々の接客も良かったですね。ホテル内はゆったりしてました。
バイキングがかなり混み合い入れずかなりの方々が待ってる方々が多く
いらっしゃいました。なので夕食は一番早くて５時からなのですが早目に並んでた方が良いですよ～又、朝食は6時半からなのですが同じく早目に並んでた方が良いですよ～。トイレとシャワーが同じ場所なのですがチョイ狭いですね～。エレベーターが３基あるのですがチョイスピードが遅いので混み合う時間は大変です。

１４階だった事もありロケーションは最高でした。
定期的に伺うホテルですが食事はいつも美味しい。
スタッフの方々も素晴らしい接客です。
子供に対してのホスピタリティも凄く良いと思います。
悪い所はありませんが、楽しみにしていた夜のメニューの変更？があったので、そこだけ残念でした。こちらの勝手ですので、決してマイナスポイントにはなりません。
あと、しいて言えば
授乳室におむつ台があるのですが、使用済みのオムツを入れるビニール袋があると良いですかね。

It was an old hotel but it was clean and well maintained.
I was disappointed when checking in as two of the check in staff were looking at me before it was my turn and were talking about me. I’m guessing it’s because I’m a foreigner and they can’t speak English? I speak Japanese though.

綺麗で、食事も美味しかった。
娘が小さかったら楽しめたのかなと思います。
今回は、母を連れて行ったので高齢者にはやや不向きだな、と感じる点がしばしばあった。小さな家族旅行としての滞在なら良いと思います。
私的には、宿泊客が多すぎて、綺麗な宿泊施設の合宿所に感じた。
