The warmth of the owners and the big smile is the truly reason I have a 10.

The owners were super nice. We had to leave early and could not get a reimbursement according to them, so they gave us a room upgrade and 6 liters of olive oil.

Breakfast did not have eggs. But the owners were there all the time being super helpful. They printed documents for us. A MAJOR downside, but most people do not need it, is the wi-fi. My wife could use it but as I needed a VPN, it did not work well. But the Windtre connection did suffice.
