The view from the room was awesome. The bed and sofa bed were super comfortable. The staff were friendly and accomodating - at reception but especially at breakfast and in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was unreal, you had every possible choice and it was all so fresh and tasty. Room service online ordering was a cool feature too. Underground parking available was a bonus.
Multiple restaurants nearby and use of all pools of all hotels. The wellness centre was also awesome. Treatments and massage were really good.
In the king suite there was a kitchenette but no utensils or washing up items.
The pool/sauna area could use a bit more attention / regular cleaning.
More options on the room service menu would be good, especially in bad weather days

The suite was fine - not outstanding, but nothing to really criticise.
What we did not realise was that this hotel was just one in a resort complex along the coastline, making guests a captive audience. The complex includes several (very expensive) restaurants, but they all have pretty much the same menu of very ordinary offerings and unfortunately you're stuck with it. If you're looking for a hotel to drop and do nothing, and you're not fussed about your food, this may be okay. We were not that demographic, so the hotel did not really meet our requirements.
