The hotel was very pleasant, quite large and perhaps not very personal but that was expected. The only complaint I would have is that there’s no bar it would’ve been lovely to have a few drinks in the bar after dinner. It was Clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful and the breakfast buffet was very good but sadly no bar.

We booked executive room, so definetly it aws very nice big room.
The breakfast was good (not more than good).
Onsen (SPA) very nice and big, but
We’d booked an ‘Executive’ room, so we had access to the business lounge on 2nd fl, and it was just ridiculous!! The standard was so low that I’ve never seen anything like it. My message to management: You might as well take down the sign saying You’re not allowed to take anything away from this buffet straight away", because there’s simply nothing there worth taking. Business snacks at a hotel or airport should at least include sandwiches; in Japan, perhaps sushi; but all you offer is nuts.
And the choice of drinks… Goodness me, it all looks so meagre.
At the spa, please ensure there are individual mats in the steam room!! Having only damp or sweat-soaked towels to sit on – which have been left lying there for at least several hours or even a whole day – does not meet your hotel’s standards.

We stayed 5 nights and it was great.
There was a sofa a bit strangely placed in the room.
It probably sleeps a third person but for two it is weird.
