The view was fantastic, and the staff provided excellent customer service, accommodating our request to move to a better room without any hassle.
Poor sound insulation, with hallway conversations, train and street noise easily audible. The door could seal better, the windows need improved soundproofing, and the furniture was a little dated.

A great little apartment, nice and spacious. Such a shame about this noise. This would have been a ten star stay otherwise. The owners need to invest in soundproofing.
This property backs onto a train line and passenger and freight trains pass by at all hours. We’re exhausted from the interrupted sleep.
