Confort, staff, silent, good breakfast
Beds a bit hard, but no big deal. A bit far from the center but you can’t ask for more for this price. I’d repeat.

Stayed here for my tour in Mangystau area. The location was convenient and close to everything. I arrived past midnight since my flight from Almaty landed late, and the receptionist was very helpful, especially in showing me where I could buy food from a nearby convenience store. The room was very spacious, the AC worked well, Wi-Fi was good, and breakfast was good too.
The pillow was a little flat. When I first turned on the bathroom faucet, the water came out a little brownish for a few seconds, possibly from rust, but it cleared up afterward. The interior is a bit outdated, but it was fine for me, especially for a 2-night stay.

The staff is absolutely amazing. They didn’t know much English, but were ready with a translator app that worked great. Also, the rooms are clean and good, and the area is perfect. Would definitely recommend.
Great breakfast too! And laundry service.

24 hour reception with okay English skills!
free drinking water in the hallways
clean rooms
It was dripping in the restaurant, several times there was no water (hot or cold) in the rooms, no fresh things on the breakfast buffet, unfriendly staff..
