The location was ideal for city centre and university, room was beautifully clean with lovely little details such as the high quality bathroom products, little welcome letter and decor. Service was above and beyond helpful and friendly. Room airy and great view from breakfast room.

The location was great and the staff super friendly
This purports to be 5 stars. Here's my experience of the room. Stains on the carpet, broken window in the bathroom. Huge scratch down the centre of the bathroom mirror, dressing table stool stained and dirty, bead head rail broken, peeling wallpaper, chipped paint on every wall in multiple places. Room facilities said bathrobes. Provided one very poor quality bathrobe that would only fit a child. All in all I would rate this hotel as 3 stars and no more. Its tired and in desperate need of renovation. The website also stated a stay in Bath discount card. They didn't renew their membership so no card. It states artistic designs and artwork. Nope just 2 cheap framed prints in the residents bar area. Not up to my standard at all.
