The slides were amazing
Some areas were not well kept - limescale on the shower caused poor water flow, balcony glass very dirty. Reception rarely answered when called

The kids absolutely loved the water slides. This was the main reason we picked the resort and they were a lot of fun. There is a smaller water park with slides for younger kids and then a much larger area for older kids. The resort was pretty quiet so there were no queues for the water slides and plenty of sun loungers available for us to find a spot to keep an eye on the kids.
The resort was clean, the family rooms were spacious and the food was pretty good.
Overall this is a great place to come with kids for a few days.
As it was end of season, not everything was open or available. As an example, the rooftop terrace bar which would have been a great place to watch the sunset was closed despite a member of staff telling us about it when we checked in.
When my brother's family went to get their pool towels on the first day they were told they had run out and to come back in an hour. When they went back they were told there wouldn't be any until the next day so they didn't have any pool towels for the first day of our two night stay.
The kids could only get an ice cream between 3 and 5pm.
The selection of alcoholic drinks is quite basic with local rather than "branded" spirits.
We stayed for 2 nights which was perfect for us, we couldn't have done a full week here.
Overall this a fun place to come with kids for a short stay but it's not at the higher end of all inclusive.

Excellent stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Fun Marrakech! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The aqua park, pools, and activities were fantastic. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and specially the restaurant team. Amazing hospitality and a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Food was great, we were upgraded to a bigger room.
Half the water slides weren’t open. Water was very cold! Room had bright yellow lights and no lamps so couldn’t read in bed and it wasn’t relaxing. Very stingy with drinks portions and bar was often closed so you had to look for another one that was open. Wanted to play table tennis but they run out of balls and when we asked for them they said they would buy one the next day, but they never did.
