We enjoyed the location, which was in the Old Town section of Zurich. Easy to walk around and see many beautiful older buildings. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Although we walked to the hotel from the Zurich train station, it was a bit far and decided to take a cab when we departed for the Zurich Airport.
Was a bit disappointed that the room had no AC however we opened the window to cool down easily. Kinda disappointed that the bar and restaurant were not available during our one-evening stay, however many others easy to access.

Well located near to the main train station (and airport) - near to many places to eat. But mostly the staff there were so friendly, welcoming and helpful - they were absolutely brilliant all of them! Top hotel, very clean, comfortable!!

This is a very cute boutique hotel which is brilliantly located and the staff were wonderful. A little tricky to find but once you have worked that out it is literally a 7 minute walk to the main station. Heaps of restaurants close by.
Nothing, perfect.

Some of the staff were so lovely and so helpful. The location is excellent.
Webpage said aircon but there was none. Hotel wanted me to pay for an upgrade which made no sense especially as the price dropped substantially by the time I got there and I ended up paying much more than a superior room. Absolutely no sitting area that belongs to the hotel and no storage area etc so if you need to stay after checkout it means leaving your bag by the door and just waiting outside or somewhere else. Just something to be mindful of. Staff at checkout were very helpful but it is a limitation. Bed and pillow were both lumpy and limited toiletries. no hair conditioner so make sure to pack everything you need and no hotel staff overnight. Queen room was tiny. more like a single.
