Wonderful experience for my first time Onsen spa. Staff were friendly and helpful, facilities were very clean, they view from the room was just what one needs for getting away. Some reviews said it was run down, but it was more nostalgic and kept well than run down. Close walking to the little town, got the dinner and breakfast which was so good and the warm bath in the room was a bonus luxury!
Honestly was all amazing! This is more a tip to grab the robe as part of your amenities before going to the room (robe and pj set!) also if you have tattoos buy covers before heading to Arima.
