Unbelievable Hospitality!
We decided to extend our stay for one more night, and the hotel kindly allowed us to stay in the same room. This was extremely convenient, as we didn’t have to pack our things or change rooms. We really appreciated their flexibility and excellent service!
A big THANKS to Gorgona Hotel Team!

We had an excellent stay at Gorgona, 3rd or 4th time, and we are still impressed by the overall quality of the experience. They are getting better every time!
The staff deserve special praise for their exceptional service, professionalism, and genuine friendliness. Everyone was extremely helpful, attentive, and welcoming, always making us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
The location is another major advantage, as it is very convenient and makes it easy to explore Heraklion and enjoy everything the city has to offer.
Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, with a high standard of cleanliness throughout our stay. We are still feeding the smell of freshness. The linen and the mattress were super, too.
The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of high-quality options and fresh, delicious products. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
A wonderful hotel with outstanding service. Though we usually stay for 1 or 2 nights, the treatment we receive is beyond every expectation. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
Nothing, everything was perfect

The managers are very kind and friendly and all their staff as well . The buffet is good , fresh and diversified . It’s great value for the money !
The swimming pool always clean and many sun beds around , relaxing music and quiet , very beautiful garden !

Location was good, the pool was nice and the service was great.
It looks like a very old building with very old furniture and windows. The shower head didnt work properly, the window to the balcony was super hard to move, the mattress was awful (super hard, we couldn’t sleep well) and the breakfast was very average. I wouldn’t come back or recommend, but also not the worst experience
