Walkable everything- the metro, attractions, restaurants, supermarkets. Budget friendly value.
Soundproofing is very minimal —street noise from outside and sounds from neighboring rooms or corridors was easily heard.

The location is really great and helps to explore the city by foot and with public transport. The metro station is 1min from the hotel
It was also very clean, in the rooms and in bathrooms.
There is 1 bathroom for 2 private rooms, we never had to wait .
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
The pillows were horrible. Very high and very hard, we could not sleep at all and regretted having 3 nights there.
The doors to the rooms do not provide any noice cancellation, and you can hear other people and hotel staff.
I think it is very overpriced for a hostel, but this is a problem of Barcelona in general.

Exactly as described. Clean and tidy and with friendly reception staff.
Good central location near the metro.

The hostel is in a great location, next to Universitat station and 10 minutes walking for Placa Catalunya.
Room was small with a unpleasant smell, even if it was clean.
Noisy during night. I think it's overpriced for what you get, but if you need a room for a couple of nights in a good location, this hostel can be an option.

"Superb location within walking distance of all major attractions! The building was easy to access and had a nice reception. The only downside was the very basic kitchenette."
