Great stay very clean close to MOA
Pool was not in use because of construction work
7 / 10Good·Oct 2026
Room was a generous size, clean and comfortable. Included breakfast was pretty good. Expect a small buffet with a reasonable selection. Location is great. 1 short block to the waterfront. 2-3 blocks to the Seaside entrance of Mall of Asia.
Facilities were a bit worn - not bad - but you can definitely see some age. Construction to add more rooms is ongoing (October 2026). Pool and rooftop were closed due to this. Ask before booking if these are important.

Professional and friendly staff; hot items available for breakfast; room was very clean; water refill station near the elevator; mini-fridge kept items cold; Room temperature was comfortable; Ceiling fan was available. Phenomenal Location!
NOTE: We arrived during the renovation work. We knew noise might be an issue. The pool area was also not available. None of those issues were a problem for us. We never heard the construction noise, and we didn't need access to the pool to rate this hotel with high marks.
The sheets could be softer. Although we prefer softer sheets, that doesn't stop us from choosing this hotel.

Location was central to the airport and MOA.
Rooms were extremely dated and pictures on website is very misleading. A/C was barely working and the furnishings are sparse.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
