the room is good, not the most modern style but quite comfy and quite clean. The AC is good, the view was not the best, but we stayed all day out so we would not mind. The service from the reception was good, the location was amazing, super close to the metro stop and have 7-11 and bus stops nearby which is super convenient. The shower is quite nice, really comfortable.
Not much, it would be great if we could get a room with the sea view, but the one we got is still good enough. Overall all positive points.

I loved the location and the shower, it is quite comfy. The reception people are also quite nice. There are supermarkts (all kinds of, 7-11, those makeup ones) nearby which is super convenient.
Not much, I enjoyed it quite a lot. It is a shame that our room cannot see the sea, but it is what it is. And it would be great if we were allocated to those newly renovated rooms, but sadly our room type was not those newly renovated ones.

Excellent location - close to the metro and the ferry. We had a huge room and the staff were really helpful if we needed anything. Would recommend for a Hong Kong stay.
It has a very small gym with limited equipment. We didn't end up using it.

1) Friendly staff.
2) Convenient location.
1) Bathroom has a leak by the toilet.
2) Hairdryer in the bathroom has a button on the side that needs to be hold down in order for the dryer to work. Consequently, the blower is NOT blowing air straightly.
3) Iron did not work and i asked for a replacement.
