We stayed one night in a chalet at Kakslauttanen and really enjoyed it. The chalet was warm, cosy and well equipped, with a proper Finnish feel to it. The setting in the forest is lovely and very peaceful, and visiting in late September meant we got to see the autumn colours around the resort. Staff were friendly and check-in was straightforward

Speechless after witnessing the northern lights. If you are looking for peace and tranquility this is the place. Very friendly & accommodating staff . You would just blend into Mother Nature. Amazing facilities including the sauna.

The schedule of breakfast and dinner does not mach with my yime zone they gave me food in bags but my cabin does not have microwave
