Very clean, smells really nice
Breakfast buffet had a lot of options
A short walk from Seomyeon station, Seomyeon market and the hotel is within the Lotte World Department store complex.
The facilities list were a bit misleading. You need to pay extra to use the pool, sauna etc. The gym can only be used by one person in the booking and additional payment applies for another person.
They should put on the advertisement, ‘with extra cost’ to those services. If I knew we couldn’t access the pool without paying extra, I would’ve stayed somewhere else as it was already expensive to stay here.

Everything was wonderful… staff was helpful, location and cleanliness with the exception of the shower head, which was difficult to use.

The lobby is lovely and the buffet breakfast has huge range
Our room was very dated and tired looking and needed a lick of paint. The carpet and bedding and curtains look very dated and there was paint peeling around the room. Everything was also very expensive, there is no coin laundry, only a laundry service that cost a small fortune, the breakfast was eye wateringly expensive and there is a pool and sauna but you must pay extra to use them, despite already being paying guests of the hotel.
