The staff treated me poorly. A married couple working at the hotel caused a problem, and their reaction was terrible; the reception staff sided with them and were unhelpful, making false claims. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. The man and his wife verbally abused me and others, yet the reception staff unfortunately took their side. I will not stay at this hotel again, and I do not recommend it to anyone.
I went there two years ago in Pierre & Vacances the stay was very enjoyable, and everything was wonderful.
