The bedrooms rooms are large. Tea & coffee making facilities were in the room, the room was spotless. Toiletries in the bathroom were great as we had forgot to bring some.
Lovely breakfast menu to choose from, the breakfast was presented beautifully, and there was plenty to eat in our choice.
Staff were very helpful, with advice about parking. (There is plenty of parking places, near by, for a few euro an hour ).
I would love to stay again and explore the area, and include an evening meal, as locals we met said it's a good spot to eat it.

The location was perfect for us as we needed to be in the centre of town. Staff were so good to us we couldn’t ask for more and the food was absolutely delicious it’s the best place to eat in Clonmel I would highly recommend you try tapas good portions after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was excellent also sets you up for the day.

The location is ideal, central to shops, easy access to the walking/running path by the Suir. The breakfast is plentiful and good . The staff are efficient and friendly.
