Nice old hotel, close to everything, staff pleasant
Could do with a face lift

Location was very nice and safe; conveniently located near shopping malls to include the Greenbelt Mall, and a bus depot. Staff were very friendly and the international breakfast was very good!
Check-in process was very slow; inconveniently slow to be honest, especially when you have had a long day of travel and just want to get checked in so you can relax. And their "free parking" is not exactly so; the garage staff told us that spaces are on a first come first serve basis, especially when they have a conference. I understand that it's a business and would not have had an issue with having to park in an offsite overflow lot if our space was given to a conference guest but they did not have an overflow option. They did allow us to drop our car off with the valet to park when space became available, at no charge, but it was still very inconvenient and a bad practice. I had planned on visiting this hotel with my entire family on my next trip to Manila but will most likely look at other options. Additionally, 2 of the 4 rooms I reserved were not quite ready at check-in; my room was missing the complimentary coffee and my mom's room was missing towels; not a huge deal but you would expect more from a hotel of this caliber.
