Best IHG Holiday inn I have stayed in. Large room with comfortable bed , soft and firm pillows provided. Comfortable seat and desk for completing work at. Good air conditioning in room. Bathroom with a bath and shower, a blessing to be able to relax in a bath after a long drive, more hotels should still have them . Large soft towels and Dove toiletries. So quiet and peaceful. Lovely bar lounge, restaurant and garden room. Swimming pool, small fitness room, steam room and sauna available. Good evening meal choices which were hot, fresh and promptly served although a little pricey and same for soft drinks. Large car park with very competitive parking rates. Good breakfast, lots of choice and all fresh and hot buffet style.
Couldn't make use of pool or fitness due to swimming lessons and busy. No hot chocolate in room or available at breakfast. As someone who doesn't drink tea or coffee is nice to have.

Lovely pool, lovely staff
Bed bugs my son had about 8 bites over his legs and back after being in bed, we had to change room about midnight. I did find a flea looking bug and took a photo of that and the bites!
