My flight was delayed so arrived a day late, so my room was available for early check-in the following day. Quiet hotel with front desk staff available and helpful with taxi information. They rescheduled my Fly Bus ticket easily. Great location for walking downtown if the weather is agreeable. They responded to my questions and requests before my arrival.
They did not offer to provide any refund on my missed day, and I was not able to have any breakfast because I arrived 5 minutes after they stopped serving at 10am. They say they have an airport shuttle and will book your ticket for the Fly Bus from KEF Airport which is 40 minutes away. This is not a traditional US hotel airport shuttle, it is more like reserved public transportation. You get on the big bus that takes you to bus station in Reykjavik, they you transfer to a bus that takes you to a bus stop near the hotel, about 2 blocks away. This is not a big issue I just wish it was explained to me so I could have been better prepared. By the way if you take the Fly Bus this is the same for anywhere you are going.

Good location, clean hotel and paid parking on-site.
Just one elevator but not a big deal.

The front desk staff was pleasant and the happy hour prices were nice. The bed was comfy enough.
There’s one small elevator for the whole building and it’s slow and inefficient. Our rooms shower was so small, approximately 2 ft x 2 ft. It was difficult to move around in it without feeling like you were going to fall out.
