Food and swimming facilities were excellent.
The bed was very hard so it was difficult to sleep if you are a side sleeper.

Convenient location for Loughborough university, free parking
Room had no air conditioning and windows could not be open making the room very hot. The light in the entrance was flickering and the bathroom door lock did not work. Breakfast available at the property was very expensive making the stay not really value for money.
