The room was nice and cosey with good views over Cork. The full Irish Breakfast was excellent. It was a bit of a hike up the hill but was close enough to the town centre to enjoy a walk around. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
Parking was an experience. Not a lot of on-site bays so get there early. But it is free so that's a big bonus.

Everything was amazing. Everyone was amazing. Polite and timely at the front desk. the staff made excellent recommendations based on personal experiences of the area. Every time I asked something that thought may be too much to ask, I was pleased with the efforts to make my stay a great one. Breakfast was great as well. Hotel is in historic old building and near some off beaten paths to explore the area and find local treasures.
All the staff was excellent, however Eva stands out as the golden helper! Thanks to her we saved a lot of time and money in the city, and we felt safe while exploring. EVA!!

Great location. Within minutes walk to bars / pubs / restaurants. We walked around the whole of cork city within about half an hour. Hotel was clean, staff were absolutely amazing. Booking.com had cancelled my booking ( something that affected other customers ) the hotel sorted it out straight away they were fantastic.
