The location for taking a cruise is excellent, super close to the port, it also has good connection to city center and other parts of the city by metro or bus, the hotel is very pretty and in the vicinity are several restaurants where you can grab a bite, the breakfast was nice, nothing too special, I would appreciate it if there were more vegtables.
The room was very spacious, the bed was big but not very comfortable, the room was clean although I found a hair in the bathtub, the bathroom has an odd layout, the sink was double which was excellent but it was outside the wash room, the shower was separated from the w.c which is a pro, but there is no place to put dry clothes because the shower wets everything, the water temp. was very inconsistent from hot to very hot to cold, the bat was big and pampering.
the view from the room to the mountains was really nice.
The bathroom layout. and the fact there wasn't any place to put clothes.
It was a bit expensive

Beautiful building and installations. Convenient location.
The staff made a mistake with my check in and couldn't find my data. They ended up calling my husband in order to confirm my identity.
