No breakfast
Only one small towel per person for a four day stay. There was a pool, sauna, hot tub, but you have to use your small bath towel. Or pay six euro per towel. The couch was an uncomfortable folding bed, you could feel a metal bar under you rump. No fun. The beds were smaller twins but comfy. Pillows small. Kitchen fine, but no condiments in a town with no store.

Location is excellent. A great place to be based for the UTMB week of races and to explore the Chamonix Valley. You are away from the main crowds but have excellent public transport available on the doorstep. The views are stunning.
The extractor fans, which run constantly in the kitchen and bathroom, are a little noisy at night but you soon get used them.

It is close to Chamonix and it has multiple on site activities for kids
The reception was not easily accessible and once we had to wait for the reception for almost half a day

I liked the location
The rule were you need to clean the whole apartment before you leave and put all of the towels and blankets in a big pile
