Location, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. Also appreciated the free hot drinks provided in the motel foyer and the comfortable place to sit and play all the board games provided.
The basket of umbrellas was a thoughtful touch as well.
Will definitely stay there again

Inside the 2 bedroom apartment, it was spacious, well appointed with nice sized bedrooms and a nice modern lounge. Lots of nice features, like a fridge, washing machine and coffee machine. Staff at check-in were great. 🙂
The entry to the apartment should be made clear before booking. It was made clear a few days before check-in, though. It is 10 minutes away from check-in, the apartment being at Somerset Place. The facade was a brick wall and a security gate with graffiti on it. Freshen up the facade and it might feel more inviting, as once inside (apart from tiles needing a decent clean) the rest was great. Nice vibe near the GPO, but a bit of traffic noise at night. I'm sure, on a weeknight, this would be less noisy.
