Clean, well maintained, comfortable rooms, plenty of options for breakfast, very accommodating to food allergies. The room with the pool access was nice, we were afraid it would old be noisy having people swimming outside our window but we stayed during low season so it was not an issue. The kids club was huge and fun for our 1 year old.
The rooms suffer from a heavy smell of mold/ mildew. The hotel tries to solve this by placing air purifiers in the rooms but it helps to a very minimal extent. We switched rooms because of it but the other room had the same issue… I would say the hotel staff were very nice and apologized for the inconvenience and tried to work out a solution. Another issue was breakfast, which felt like going to war - very crowded, taking place in a too small restaurant due to a wedding held in the property (which also caused a lot of noise due to a party). Lastly, the restaurants and cafe in the property are way overpriced.

Interesting architecture, amazing pool, great food, exceptional staff everywhere.
Meals expensive. A lot of stuff was excluded when the 3 day wedding was on. The lack of warnings re stinging jellyfish was sad for those of us who were stung.

Amazing hotel, excellent staff, incredible facilities, and great restaurants. Overall, everything was perfect,
one issue that significantly affected our vacation.
During our stay, there were two private events at the hotel with loud music and noise, which was very disruptive and made it difficult for us to fully enjoy our stay.
In addition, some of the hotel’s restaurants were closed due to these events, which was also disappointing.
I believe guests should be informed in advance if private events are scheduled during their stay, including the potential impact on noise levels and the availability of hotel facilities and restaurants. Guests should then be given the choice to decide whether they still want to stay at the hotel or make alternative arrangements.
